MOVES is an independent magazine made by dancers, for dancers, dance artists, and art enthusiasts. Our focal points are, showcasing movement-inspired art and the talented artists behind it; elevating the visual beauty and representation of dance; and celebrating the unique skills that dancers bring to many visual arts.

At its heart, MOVES exists to showcase the often-overlooked value of dance, spotlighting the complexity of dance training and culture. Through research, knowledge, and cross-disciplinary exploration, we want to inform art across borders and beyond.
