‘Of One’ sets out to act as a visual interpretation of the process of co-regulation. This short film explores the dance of attachment: how in times of uncertainty and overwhelm, we can look to one another to model how to regulate ourselves, and therefore steady one another. When familiar tools fall away in times of extreme dysregulation, various somatic practices can support all sentient beings in coming back to self.
